Request a Grant Writer

Grants of up to $2,000 to British Columbia nonprofit organizations in eligible regions for projects that benefit the local community. Applicants must submit an LOI prior to submitting a full application. Funding is intended for programs or projects in the following areas: arts and culture, heritage, environment, sports and recreation, and improving lives for local residents. Proposed activities must benefit the residents of Port Moody.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

The Foundation seeks Expressions of Interest from eligible local not-for-profit organizations needing financial support in 2020 for projects and programs that will benefit Port Moody and its community members.

Pre-Application Information:

Expressions of Interest should be submitted online in the form provided by midnight Friday, February 14, 2020. The Foundation’s Grant Committee will review all submissions and create a short list of those which best meet the Foundation’s funding criteria. Organizations selected will be notified before the end of February and will be requested to submit a more detailed funding application by Monday, March 31, 2020. Successful grant recipients will be notified in May 2020.
