We provide a service, saving you endless hours of research, time, and stress! You can search for grants on your own for free, but many organizations prefer to pay for the convenience of having them all in one place! We specialize in listing grants from foundations that aren't publicly available.

Our research team verifies and adds new grants to the website five days a week. There are several different options you can utilize to decide if GrantWatch is right for you:
  1. Watch our demo video to learn how to navigate our site and find grants that match your needs.
  2. Browse through the grants. Before subscribing, it’s ideal to see how many grants are available that match your interests. Without paying a penny, you can use the Search Filter and adjust your search based on your recipient type, location, grant interests, preferred funding source, and deadline date.
While you are unable to view the full grant details of current grants, the search results will be able to give you a good indication of how many grants are currently available that match your interests.
Additionally, by checking the “include archived” box, you will be able to view the full details of expired grants, so you can become familiar with how we display the full, comprehensive details for each grant listing. You will be able to view the eligibility requirements and RFP (application) links to past grants.
  3. Purchase a Weekly subscription for $18.00 (ensure to turn off your Auto-Renew if you do not want recurring charges)

Yes! Our Testimonials page features reviews from our customers, including success stories from real-life members that have won grants. You can also view our recent reviews on Facebook and Google.

Yes! GrantWatch has a demo video available that we recommend watching before subscribing. We also feature a series of tutorial videos that are available to help you every step of the way.

Each grant has its own application process. Some applications are simple and designed to be completed without the need for a grant writer. Typically, however, larger sum grants require a more extensive application process and you may feel more comfortable with a grant writer.

We highly recommend that you apply for your first grant on your own, especially if it is your first time. When it comes down to the basics of grant writing, it’s about:

  • setting aside the time,
  • following instructions, and
  • being able to write in a clear and understandable manner

Alternatively, if you have submitted three to five grant applications and have been unsuccessful in being awarded at least one grant, it may be time to consider hiring a professional grant writer.

We are a grant search engine and listing directory, and therefore, we do not have access to this information. Once a customer clicks on any grant of interest, they are directed to the grant funder’s site to complete and submit their application.

Not at all! Your account will give you access to our full directory which includes grants for all 50 USA states, U.S. territories, Canadian provinces, as well as an international selection. To help find grants relevant to your area, we have subsites for each location. This does not restrict you, and you will have the full utilization of GrantWatch. You do not need to purchase multiple subscriptions to access all the locations.

We are open 9am to 6pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. You can reach us during these hours at (561) 249-4129 or through our online chat. Alternatively, you can email us at support@GrantWatch.com or complete our online contact form and we will reply as soon as possible.

GrantWatch sells intangible information and provides a service. We do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on a user not finding a grant for a particular need. Refunds are not available if the service was used and grants were viewed. The initial payment cannot be refunded, even if you cancel immediately after.

The exception being Quarterly and Annual Subscribers, who are eligible for a partial refund, in which case, $45.00 will be deducted for each month the service was used, and the balance will be returned to the billing information on file.

Refunds must be requested in writing to support@GrantWatch.com. We treat all customers equally, and do not make exceptions to this policy. (Read the full Terms and Conditions)

Search Tips:

Enter the Grant ID number and click 'Apply Filters'. The grant you are seeking will appear.

You can add grants of interest to your ‘My Grant Calendar’. This feature is located within your ‘My Account’ dashboard displayed in the top right-hand corner. Use this calendar to organize your grant opportunities.

We can help assist you in your grant search! Send an email to support@GrantWatch.com and we can help guide you in the right direction.

Yes, GrantWatch MemberPlus+ users can access the Boolean search. Our Boolean search allows users to combine keywords with the three operators — AND, NOT and OR — to produce more relevant results.

You can view your grant browsing history in ‘My Grant Views’. This feature is located within your ‘My Account’ dashboard displayed in the top right-hand corner. This tool is particularly useful if you are trying to locate a grant you have previously viewed.

You are unable to sort your search results by date at this time. However, you can use the grant deadline filters to search for grants that have deadlines within a specific timeframe. You can find this filter within the tab ‘Search for a Grant’.

Yes, GrantWatch allows you to 'Save My Grant Search Filters' so you can easily refer to previous grant and foundation results that match your criteria without the need for repetitive searches. Conducting comprehensive searches takes time and effort, and so this GrantWatch feature enables you to revisit and access your saved search filters parameters at any time.

At this time, we are unable to filter grants by specific counties or cities. This is because many grants are available State and nationwide, so it's difficult to list every county. You can filter grants by state, province, and territory. Grants that are specific to counties only, will read "in eligible regions" or "in eligible locations" within the preview paragraph.

You are unable to search results based on the grant award amount. The information for the grant award amount is disclosed at the discretion of the funding source. It is common for the grant funder to not disclose this information. It is often up to the applicant to request the required funding amount. (Learn more here)

Each funding source has its own timeline and method of disbursing grants. If the information is not listed when you view the grant listing, you can contact the funding source directly for further information. The average time is six-months.
