Promotion of Education, Training and Philanthropy at our alma mater and Hospital in Secunderabad/Hyderabad, India. The most successful program is ACLS/BLS/CPR training under the auspices of International Training Center (ITC) at the AEC (Alumni Education Center) on the premises of . We are also supporting Meal Program meant for the economically disadvantaged family members of patients undergoing treatment at Hospital on a daily basis. We are also providing financial help for the "Ear to Hear" program which was established at Hospital for screening as well as treatment of deafness in neonates, infants and toddlers. We also provide funds for equipment and services at individual departments of . last year GMCGA purchased Fetal Heart Monitors and Dopplers for Obstetrics Department. In 2020, GMCGA also provided funds to purchase PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and Respirators to fight Covid-19

STUDENTS FACULTY MENTORS CONDUCTED SUMMER RESEARCH PROJECTS ON WILD RICE GENETICS, EASTERN BOX TURTLES, FRESHWATER MUSSELS, TICK SURVEYS, FOR EXAMPLE. PROJECTS WITH A FOCUS ON ART WRITING WERE ALSO COMPLETED. TWO LAND MANAGEMENT FELLOWS TWO WATER TECHNICIANS CONDUCTED RESEARCH PROVIDED VALUABLE DATA ON PROPERTY FOR LAND MANAGEMENT EFFORTS. OUTSIDE RESEARCH INCLUDED EASTERN MASSASAUGA RATTLESNAKE MONITORING INSECT HERBIVORY ON PLANT STUDY.

THE CHORUS PROVIDES A VENUE FOR CAREGIVERS AND PERSONS WITH DEMENTIA AN OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A SHARED EXPERIENCE WHICH PROMOTES THEIR STRENGTHS AND ABILITIES DESPITE DISEASE. THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN REHEARSALS AND PUBLIC PERFORMANCES, THE CHORUS PROMOTES SELF-DISCOVERY, LEARNING, LAUGHTER AND A SENSE OF INCLUSION.COVID CONTINUED TO PRESENT CHALLENGES FOR THE CHORUS IN 2021. LIKE MANY ORGANIZATIONS, VICTORY CHORUS HAD TO ADAPT ITS PROGRAM FORMAT THROUGH THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN 2020, AND THEN IN 2021 A SINGALONG FORMAT WAS IMPLEMENTED. AS VACCINES WERE MADE AVAILABLE, THE VICTORY CHORUS WAS INVITED TO ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES FOR WINDOW SERENADES AND LATER FOR MASKED SINGALONGS.

COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - . SUPPORTS RURAL MINNESOTA COMMUNITIES TO CULTIVATE RESOURCES - PEOPLE, PLACES, AND RELATIONSHIPS - THAT LEAD TO STRONG, REGENERATIVE FUTURES. DELIVERED VALUABLE LEADERSHIP TRAININGS TO 272 MINNESOTANS ACROSS 69 RURAL AND TRIBAL COMMUNITIES. THESE COMMUNITY LEADERS FURTHER DEVELOPED AND ENHANCED THEIR SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND RELATIONSHIPS THAT WILL SUSTAIN THEIR COMMUNITIES FOR THE COMMON GOOD. BUILDING ON 30-PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, THESE SIGNATURE TRAININGS SHIFTED ONLINE DUE TO THE PANDEMIC. ADDITIONAL WORKSHOPS EQUIPPED COMMUNITY LEADERS WITH STRATEGIES TO LEAD INCLUSIVE ONLINE MEETINGS AND WORK ACROSS DIFFERENCES DURING THE LONG STRETCHES OF ISOLATION CREATED BY THE PANDEMIC.

HOWEVER, IN LIEU OF NOT BEING ABLE TO PHYSICALLY GO THERE AND PERFORM SURGERIES TO CORRECT CONGENITAL DEFORMITIES FOR CHILDREN, SUCH AS CLEFT LIP AND PALATE, AS WE USUALLY DO PRO-BONO, WE MADE A LARGE MONETARY DONATION TO 501C(3) THAT OWNS CLINIC IN GUATEMALA, SHALOM . WE DONATED $46,439 WHICH COVERED ENTIRE COST OF 40 CHILDREN TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THESE CRITICAL SURGERIES, WHICH WERE PERFORMED BY GUATEMALAN SURGEONS.

PREMIER PROGRAM - CAMP FRIENDSHIP, AN OVERNIGHT CAMP FOR CHILDREN AGES 6-18 SUFFERING WITH .DUE TO COVID 19 HEALTH COMPLICATION, IT WAS DECIDED IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO OPERATE AN OVERNIGHT CAMP FOR CHILDREN AGES 6-18 SUFFERING WITH AND CAMP FRIENDSHIP WAS INACTIVE AFTER 27 YEARS OF OPERATION.
