Grants to British Columbia First Nations governments, organizations, and communities for workforce expansion initiatives. Funding is intended to promote education and skill-building efforts, introduce youth to a wide range of career options, and help First Nation and Inuit youth overcome barriers to employment.

For mentored work placements, including Information and Communication Technology, participants will be paid a wage at or above the applicable provincial minimum wage of $15.65 as of June 1, 2022.
For mentored work placements, including Information and Communication Technology:
- Placements must not exceed 11 months
- Work placements and activities must be completed by March 31, 2023.
